Staying motivated as the cool weather creeps IN.
The days are getting shorter, the cold air is blowing in, and the leaves are making that delicious crunchy sound on the ground. If you’re a New Englander, it’s one of the most favorable times of the year. A time for pies, sweaters, boots, jeans, and warm apple cider.
With all of these extra comforts all around us, how does one stay sharp, focused, and MOTIVATED so that you don’t find yourself snuggled up with a soft cozy blanket, taking a long winter's nap?
For us, as the days get shorter, we find ourselves in overdrive to finish the tasks at hand before the sun goes down. And no - it’s not a race - it’s about doing our absolute best, every time to give 110% — because that’s the only way we know how to do it.
Day in and day out, we find our motivation through our families, friends, and activities. It’s the happiness and the wellbeing of everyone around us. It’s our clients who choose us to represent them. Its our clients successes. It’s their trust in us to represent their brand.

When you need a little motivation, turn on some music. Grab a glass of ice water. Step outside in the brisk air. Remind yourself why you do what you do, and who your hard work is helping.
Everything you do to help others matters.
So take in these shorter days, enjoy them. Know that time is passing quickly and to make your mark, you have to focus. Set your goals, climb that pyramid of success, and know deep down that you have that extra cup of coffee waiting to help you through it.
