Downtown Hartford Hotel Revival Supports Success of New Restaurant Concept

CHALLENGE: 
Hotel opened with unclear messaging and little community interaction. To make matters worse, the first restaurant concept to launch within the space failed.

SOLUTION:
Our team developed new messaging to be used across all platforms, social media content was standardized, and community interaction was initiated. We also helped bring in a well-known Chef to develop a new eatery that would impress the public. Media interest was reinstated with various outreach principles. 


OUTCOME:
The Goodwin Hotel welcomed new restaurant - Porron & Pina - with huge success drawing in both community and media attention. Overall messaging was now consistent and clear to the public and beyond. Community interest continues to increase, and sales continue to trend up.
