New Festival Launches to Community Fanfare
CHALLENGE:
A local business wanted to bring in a national-themed event to a small, but thriving town. Community support was initially low and the business is unsure of how to hold an event of this magnitude.
SOLUTION:
Our team helped develop the mission, messaging, and branding and worked to develop community support. We used our media contacts, influencer list, and strategic partners to drive interest in the event.
OUTCOME:
Community support was more than expected, vendor application and participation was completed months ahead of schedule, tickets sold out weeks before the event, and enough money was brought in to cover the event costs. To this day, the community is asking for another festival!
