Is there a difference between offering STRATEGIC marketing services and just MARKETING services?
And does it make a difference on whether or not you hire a company that offers one over the other?

Furthermore MARKETING typically includes all the steps taken by the organization to make a positive relationship with its customers, similarly to networking.
STRATEGIC marketing means developing programs and tactical plans to attract customers so that business can easily dominate the market.
