“Restaurant Porrón was inspired by a love of Spanish-style cuisine,” Anderson said. “And that’s because it was inspired by a trip I took with my wife, and my role as a culinary ambassador to Spain in 2017. Now, after our newlywed year, I continue to be inspired by my family, and look forward to letting the menu reflect that once again. Our team will stay close to our roots with our farm-fresh New England ingredients guiding dishes that evoke the familiarity of my childhood in California and the flavors of my wife’s Sicilian ancestry.”
