The Art of Engagement on Social Media

The Art of Engagement on Social Media

Would you consider yourself a “viewer” or an “engager” on social media?

What’s the difference?

A VIEWER focuses on scrolling through content and rarely publicly engages.
An ENGAGER focuses on actively following, sharing, commenting, saving, and liking posts.

Is there a difference or reason to be one or the other? It depends on your goal.

If you are looking to draw business your way - you really need to be an ENGAGER.

If you want to be considered some kind of “influencer,” you need to be an ENGAGER.

If you want people to follow you, like your own content, and truly pay attention to anything you post, you need to be an ENGAGER.

BUT, if you think of social media as your news source, aka, your new design and fashion magazines, then scroll like crazy and don’t feel pressured to “show yourself.” You can continue on as a VIEWER.
