Sales and Community Interaction POP Thanks to Refreshed Communications

CHALLENGE:
Small business has difficulty reaching clientele. Their messaging, overall look and design is inconsistent. Local competition is strong and within walking distance. Product is amazing, but not seen or appreciated by the community. 

SOLUTION:
To help to solidify a messaging platform that reflects the owner’s mind-set and passion for providing healthy, delicious cuisine, that everyone can eat regardless of food sensitivities. We honed in to the owners passions and commitment to serving organic and fresh ingredients, and came up with a series of campaigns to reflect this.

OUTCOME:
Through social media engagement, mouth-watering photography, content marketing, website, and successful public relations outreach, we successfully delivered a new messaging platform for Popover while providing opportunities to bring the restaurant within the eyes of the public.  Community interaction increased and sales went up by over 20% in one year. The second year, sales again increased and Popover was able to hire more staff, offer additional product, and redesign their website. Profits continue to rise and the owners have been able to spend less time at the business.
